There are brilliant ideas for sure, and I truly admire the smart and insightful minds.

Yet as a starter, I find it more exciting to identify the difficulty of ideas and overcome them through hard (and torturous) thinking. I know that if an idea comes easily and naturally to me, there is always something to be fixed. But I also know that if I keep fixing it, then brilliant ideas will come out naturally in the end.

I think the key is that, we should not over-value pure ideas. Don’t confound the urge to achieve with the real achievement. Be open.
